This policy explains what personal data the website hivefinance.group collects, why, and what rights you have. The website presents Hive Finance Group. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Hive finance, UAB, company code 305941697, Perkūnkiemio g. 6-1, LT-12130 Vilnius, Lithuania. For any question about your data, write to info@hivefinance.group.

What data we collect and why

When you contact us

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name (optional), your email address and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and what you write. We use this data only to read your message, reply and handle your request.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your message is about entering into a contract with us, the processing is also necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you visit the website

Like any website, our server automatically records technical data about each visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser and device information. Our security software uses IP addresses to detect and block attacks on the website.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools for visitors. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. Only administrators who log in to manage the website receive the technical cookies needed to log in.

Links to LinkedIn, Google Maps, Hive5 and other websites take you to sites that have their own privacy and cookie policies.

Who receives your data

  • Hosting provider: UAB „Interneto vizija“ (Lithuania) hosts the website and stores the messages sent through the contact form.
  • Email provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365) delivers and stores our email.
  • Hive Finance Group companies: if your message concerns a specific company in the Group, we may forward it to that company so it can reply to you.
  • Public authorities, when the law requires us to share data.

Our service providers process the data only on our instructions and under data processing agreements.

We keep the data in the European Union. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your data

  • Messages sent through the contact form and emails: up to 12 months after we have answered your request, unless we need them longer to perform a contract or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • Technical data recorded by the server: for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict the processing of your data;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • receive data you provided to us in a commonly used format (data portability).

To use any of these rights, write to info@hivefinance.group. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt. We would appreciate the chance to answer your concern first.
