Group Chief Executive Officer
Before Wandoo, Krisjanis Znotins spent five years at Eleving Group, one of the largest Baltic-born financial groups in Europe, serving as CEO of the Latvian business. There he led a strategic transformation from traditional lending into a mobility platform covering car finance, used-car rental and subscription services, delivering €5.6 million in profit in 2021, the highest in the company’s history, and overseeing a €30 million bond listing on Nasdaq First North.
Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at DNB and its successor Luminor, one of the largest banks in the Baltics, ultimately serving on the Luminor Latvia management team as Head of Business Clients, with a portfolio of 30,000+ SMEs.
Alongside his executive career, he is a Council member at ALTUM, Latvia’s state-owned development finance institution with around €1.5 billion in assets, and a Council member at Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital, the second-largest hospital in Latvia.
Group Chief Financial Officer
Zigmars Lacis joined Hive Finance Group as Group Chief Financial Officer in October 2026. He previously served as CFO at TWINO, one of the longest-running P2P platforms, where he managed a €35 million P2P investment portfolio focused on lending products, and has helped run finance at other established fintech companies.
As Group CFO, he assesses profitability, revenue and cost structures in each market and provides the financial basis for the Group’s growth initiatives.
Group Chief Operating Officer
Anete Pallo leads Group operations across Hive Finance companies, focusing on process quality, coordination between marketplace and lending businesses, and scalable day-to-day delivery.
Her background spans banking, fintech and law, and she leads automation and digitalisation across the Group.
Group Chief Risk Officer
Alexander James oversees Group risk and portfolio frameworks, including credit, concentration and operational risk controls that support Hive5 marketplace listings.
A credit risk and portfolio specialist, he has advised consumer lenders in 17 countries.

The team behind the Hive5 investment marketplace, operated by Hive5 Marketplace d.o.o. in Croatia.
CEO
Artis Pukitis leads Hive5 strategy and platform development. He brings international lending experience and plans to support more efficient lending processes across the Group.
Group Head of Marketing
Karolina Tomaševičė leads marketing and communications across the Group and Hive5, covering brand, investor messaging and public content.
She brings 10 years of experience in fintech and e-commerce marketing and leads communications and investor engagement.
Group Head of Operations
Inga Zubanovė is responsible for day-to-day operations across the Group, including marketplace operations, loan flow and investor servicing on Hive5.
She brings 12+ years of experience running multi-market operations, aligning teams, systems and timelines.

His expertise covers the strategic development of loan and credit products for businesses and individual customers. He also contributes as an expert to Firmeo’s publications on business financing.

Laur Emilian is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Credilink in Romania. His background spans banking and consumer finance. He helped establish Raiffeisen Digital Bank’s operations and led growth initiatives at Mobilo Finance.
He holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Ajou University.

Emil Minciu is a board member responsible for business development at Credilink in Romania. His background includes sales and operations roles at ING Bank Romania and GE Money Romania.
He has worked on portfolio development, setting up new operations and introducing technologies in financial services.
