We aim to make investing a straightforward and satisfying experience.
After the launch of “Hive5” in July, investors will be able to try the platform by investing in consumer loans of our first Loan Originator, “Expres Pozyczka”, from Poland and earn up to 13% annual return.
It is important to note that the risk is always involved in an investment. We recommend our customers “Don’t put all their eggs in one basket”, in other words, to diversify all their funds. Along the way, we will offer more investment projects to invest in, such as business loans, green loans, equipment leasing, real estate loans and venture loans.
What’s more, as we have been investing ourselves in different markets, we know how important the security of money is. Thus, all investors’ money will be securely held in a separate bank account; the money could be withdrawn at any time, even in case of any unpredicted events related to the platform. “Hive5” is a 3rd party between the borrowers and the investors, so all investing contracts are signed between these two parties. “Hive5” is registered in Croatia and follows the compliance of European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation.
Furthermore, we will protect invested funds by giving a buyback guarantee in case the payments are delayed for more than 60 days. The Loan Originator will be obliged to redeem the investment with all accrued interest following the Assignment Agreement.
