We are currently looking for a Client support and Operations manager in Vilnius, who will contribute to the company’s growth and success by providing exceptional client support for our investors and making sure our daily operations run efficiently and on time. In this role, you will actively participate in the platform’s development process by providing your insights and ideas on improvements that will make the investing experience for our clients more effortless.
Our goal is to become a leading multinational p2p lending partner by providing our partners with fast and simple financing solutions and offering our investors a wide variety of finance products: starting with consumer loans, and expanding to business loans, green loans, equipment leasing and real estate financing.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide and maintain a high level of support for clients via e-mail, chat,
- Ensure that clients receive assistance with the technical aspects of the platform services and functionalities,
- Participate in the creation and improvement of client support service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction,
- Prepare, supervise, and develop the content in the “Help” section for clients (the most frequently asked questions and answers),
- Execute daily operations and ensure smooth platform’s internal processes running.

- You are detailed oriented, communicative, initiative, and able to work independently,
- You have experience as a customer support/operations professional.
